A winter goal

Well have not done much , Been testing more worlds and such. I now decide to start a new project .
Along with the fact I got hook on  a cool survey thing. SO that where I been  here's all the info :)

The Project if I can if to revamp and update date a wonderfully done group of home done by Sims3Addicted at Modthesims.info.

  The Suburban Series, 6 Lots - Pinochle Point & Suburban Series - Riverview - 7 Lots.

My goal Is to make them CC free as I can. I know I will not be able to share them till I can Get a hold of the maker, but I do plan on posting redo pic's . I love there work and very sad they let MTS never updating things.
   Most the CC is no longer need do to in game updates even via base game.  Along find it gone from it sources.

SO wish me luck in getting it done, I need to set my self goals, and this is it.

Another Day In Simvill

Well I had a fun time with the beta and still playing.
Right now working on the Venue & Night Club, along with the Galla. Thay both will be posted at the End of the week it all goes well.

But sadly my Oldest is having issues again , Kids you have to love em no mater what.

Bizy Weekend

Well I hope To be having a bizzy weekend as the test for the world I have been building on, (I have still have 2 to go ) is going to be going to try going bata bye the end of the weekend.
 ( or sooner.)
  Almost all the homes and community areas will be there, thou we're still will be working on a few more home.

Well been Bizy with the family but I did Finely get my home done. I hope you enjoy.

Race & track Country Club

This Club is a horse ranch and home of the famous race arena in all simville. With a full Track out side for practice or to have a Private Race available. Then add a full jumping course. Small audience's can enjoy the bar up on the grounds. Below a full cafe along with a store for buying any of products for your pet. Even feel free to rent for weeding or party’s, Plenty of room. Bathroom with cribs for the little one.

Over at TS3 Creators' Consortium II I am known as Wendylady.

Need Base, Pets.  I do have all xp/sp and this was based on sunlight tides thou I tyred not to use anything but base and pets. 

So here here you go enjoy.

   I did some Move objects on the building so if the center does not show in your game just

turn on the cheat "moveobjects on" and line it up the bushes to the poles.

 Next to the store is a small area with some plants for your sims to harvest to feed their horses.

This room Would would work well if you want to add tings to it to host a party or a wedding for you country Sim's . IF you have LN you can change the bar.

Sims can eat to fill hunger so you can stay on lot longer.
